BridgeMont Truck Scales

The BridgeMont Truck Scale is available with either steel or concrete deck. The design of this new scale preserves the Weigh-Tronix reputation for structural integrity. At the same time it creates major cost and time savings in the installation of the rugged new BridgeMont.

  Machined from high quality aircraft alloy steel bar stock, then conditioned by a three step process of heat treating, quenching and then tempering, the Weigh Bar has proven to be the most dependable and long lasting electronic weight sensor in the industry.
• Sandwich steel design--
  The bottom plate of the sandwich steel deck stabilizes the load on the deck, reducing stress and damage from improper loading.
• Fully supported concrete deck--
  The five-inch BridgeMont Concrete Deck is fully supported by the scale's steel substructure and bottom deck plate. When the scale is in use, the steel assumes all tension loading.

• Poured concrete deck needs no rebar or wire mesh reinforcement--
  BridgeMont Concrete design specifies fiber mesh concrete blended with virgin polypropylene fibers. This combination strengthens the concrete, making it resistant to cracking and damage from temperature changes.
• 100% seal weld--
  Protects the deck's internal surfaces from moisture and early corrosion.

Comboweigh Truck and Track Scales

Comboweigh is a legal for trade pit-type scale which does double duty.  It processes truck and rail cars on the same surface.

SteelBridge XT Truck Scales

The SteelBridge XT is the heaviest truck scale in the business, designed for high traffic, low maintenance and every day use. Both the steel and the concrete version of the SteelBridge XT have Dual Tandem Axle Rating of 80,000 pounds.

• Engineered for long life--
  Steel deck models have all welded steel sandwich construction with 3/8" top plate, high steel content for superior deck rigidity and minimal deck deflection.
• Best possible use of concrete--
  Concrete decks employ a steel substructure and bottom plate which distributes the load and assumes all tension loading. The concrete in the deck assumes only compression loading which will not cause the bending and early wear that tension loading would.
• Equipped for heavy traffic--
  The XT has an 80,000-lb Dual Tandem Axle (DTA) rating which is more than twice the legal dual tandem axle load for most highways. It will handle daily heavy traffic for many trouble free years.

• Proven Weigh Bar^® performance--
  In a three-year study on 250 Weigh-Tronix truck scales, the Weigh Bar exhibited an annual failure rate of just 0.31percent compared with the industry average of three to five percent for load cells.

Railweight Track Scales

The Railweight Track Scale is a modular, low profile track scale system for above ground installation. The Railweight complies with AREA Cooper E-80 loading.  It is certified legal for trade by NTEP.  Its low cost, pitless installation requires minimal excavation.

The legal for trade Railweight Scale System is low profile by design. It requires only minimal excavation for its low cost installation. It has many low maintenance features including a heavy duty checking system that stabilizes the scale, reducing wear from excessive movement.

  All nuts and bolts are accessible without removing the weighbridge. Load cells are mounted to the main beams keeping mounting bolts away from dirt and moisture.

QuickTach Lift Truck Scale, Certified

Weigh-Tronix offers a new legal for trade lift truck scale. It fits on your existing ITA Class II cleat type lift truck carriages, creating a moveable scale which eliminates extra trips to floor scales.

QTLTSC is a new legal for trade lift truck scale from Weigh-Tronix. It mounts on your existing lift truck without the traditional welded flexures that would have to be broken for service to the scale. It features automatic angle detection and load balancing for accurate weighing on unlevel surfaces.

• Field serviceable--
  No welded flexures to take apart. Front and back plates of the scale are joined by the Weigh Bar sensors. Service with minimal delay right at your site.
• All new summing assembly--
  Provides both angle detection and electronic load balancing. The scale achieves better than 0.1% accuracy, even in situations where the truck is up to five percent out-of-level.
